Storage of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products made in places of storage of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products made in the register, regardless of who owns a place of storage, or that, according to which the business entity is a place of storage was introduced into the Unified Register. The introduction of data into a single register is based on the statements of a business entity with the obligatory indication of the location of storage of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, as well: for legal persons - name, location code, the Uniform state register of legal entities and natural persons - entrepreneurs, and for individuals - Entrepreneurs - surname, name and patronymic, place of residence, number of state registration of a business entity. The application shall be accompanied by a notarized copy of the license for the activity issued by the applicant, and a document confirming the right to use this facility. Help on making storage in the Unified Register issued to management for seven calendar days from the date of application. Doing the Uniform register and issue certificates on making storage sites in the Unified Register of the expense of the State Budget of Ukraine. The authorities provide free access to the information contained in the Unified Register.

Require the submission of other documents, except those specified in this Act, shall be prohibited. Specified in this Act, documents shall be submitted in one copy in the copies, certified by a notary or the authority which issued the original document.
